Honda HR-V India launch confirmed for 2019 Expected at ₹15 lakh (ex-showroom)

HONDA HR-V

The all-new Honda HR-V is a full-size SUV against the Hyundai Creta it is not a compact SUV such as WR-V, its gonna be a hot selling product for Indian Automotive market as the HR-V is likely to replace the BR-V, expected to be launched by end of this year…Honda HR-V is a direct comparison with Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Volkswagen T-Cross and Skoda Kamiq. According to sources, Honda is likely to price the HR-V just below the Civic sedan, which means a starting price of around ₹15 lakh (ex-showroom).

HRV 1

Looking at the front grill it has a very aggressive and sporty look, it comes with a great combination of LED and Day Time Running Lamp’s and it also comes with circular Fog lights and underneath we have gloss black chrome finish. Side Profile of this car is also very slick and sporty as it also comes with a sloping roofline with a shark fin antenna. Back profile of the car keeps up with sporty edge as brake lights are provided in the integrated spoiler, amazing chrome work done with HR-V and Honda Badging.

HRV 2

The instrument cluster on HR-V is similar to other Honda siblings, the infotainment system is borrowed from 10th generation Honda Civic which comes with apple car play.

HRV Interior

Talking about the interiors, Front seats come with dual-tone upholstery of leather and fabric material including steering wheel and dashboard which also comes with Leather and soft-touch material. Rear seats are real-time comfort as it comes adjustable armrest keeping in mind as it has a sloping roofline still an individual with hight of 6 feet will have enough head-room and leg-room. Honda HR-V comes with a panoramic sunroof which is really appealing in this segment. Boot space is quite sufficient for SUV variant an also comes with 60-40 split which adds up more space to the boot.
The HR-V in India will be based on the same platform as the Honda City and Jazz and is expected to come with the same set of 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engines from the City as well.
