Revolt Intellicorp is all set to launch its first electric motorcycle in India. The company has taken its website for the announcement of the launch date of the upcoming motorcycle’s launch. Revolt’s electric motorcycle has also been spotted testing in a production-ready form on several occasions.
Talking about the motorcycle, the company had announced that their upcoming electric motorcycle will be AI enabled and LTE enabled and will be able to run a 4G SIM to allow connectivity. While the motor and the battery used in the electric motorcycle is imported, the company is using their in-house developed Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and Battery Management System (BMS).
On the performance part, the Revolt electric motorcycle has a top speed of 85 km/hr and delivers an ARAI certified range of 156 km. Additionally, the motorcycle could also get a battery swap system. Several spy images of the upcoming electric bike have also been doing rounds on the internet, showing its design. The motorcycle looks compact in build with USD forks up front and a monoshock at the rear. The swing arm section also looks quite chunky. Braking is taken care of by disc brakes on both ends along with ABS safety net. It is also expected to feature full LED lighting.
Currently, Revolt Intellicorp is readying the charging infrastructure in the Delhi NCR region where is plans to start selling the motorcycle first. On its arrival, it would join the league of the other electric two-wheelers like the Ather 450 and the upcoming electric motorcycles like the Tork T6X and the made for India Evoke.
