Exhibit : How has Triumph’s Journey in India been so far and what are you aiming at?
Vimal : The brand Triumph Motorcycles was launched on 28th of November 2013; however, the retail operation began with two showrooms in Bangalore and Hyderabad in January 2014. Today, Triumph Motorcycles boasts of having over 2500 triumphant customers, who are catered through its state of the art dealerships in 12 key cities. The designs of the showrooms are in sync with the global signature Triumph Motorcycles layout with consultation lounge, sales and after sales desks. These showrooms have now become a biker’s hangout making it an ideal destination to meet each other. The showrooms also boast of ‘Build your own Bike’, a novel concept in the premium and luxury motorcycle segment. The facilities do have an array of Triumph merchandise which includes riding gear, accessories and memorabilia and bring the same international standards of sales, service, spare parts and systems to the Indian market.[..]
